Self-delivery is core to our business model. We deliver highways management, maintenance and improvement works with local accountability and people who take pride in the services they deliver.
The role will provide support across our People team so could involve HR, Payroll or Learning & Development. We are moving into more digital approaches to what we do, so are looking at online employee files, e-learning, and there will be the introduction of new people software from our parent company in 2021/2 so we need to work towards that.
The role could include administration, training bookings, general HR related research, support on data analytics and people metrics, assisting with the management of apprenticeships and support on recruitment.
A background study of Human Resources or Business or Management and an interest in data and statistical analysis and digitalization would be useful.
Good working ability in English, written and spoken
